There are no limits to what we humans can achieve. The only limitations exist in our own imagination. Life is too short to be negative so I will seek to always stay positive and see every challenge as an opportunity. Those are my rules and my motto.
I also believe it is better to regret something I have done than what I didn’t do.
Hi. My name is Leif Kristian Haugen. I was born in Norway in 1987 and grew up in a small valley called Lommedalen (Pocket Valley), located about 25 minutes outside the capital of Norway, Oslo.
I’m currently a ski racer and a student at University of Denver, doing a double major in International Business and Finance as well as pursuing my goal to become one of the best skiers in the world.
In this blog I will try to tell what I’m doing on my path to achieve my goals, how I am progressing with my skiing career and my studies in the field of International Business and Finance.
I can not promise that everything posted on this blog will be of great interest, but I will try my best to share my motivation and present some interesting stuff. Stay tuned.

It’s very strange, i watched a race on Eurosport few minutes ago. The speaker explained your career and i google you. Your blog is so great, pictures permit to see races on the other side. Sorry for my english, i’m french.

Thanks, I’ll give you some feedback on the liners when I’m on snow again in NZ. At least for now it looks really good and I’m psyched to try them out. I have had a really good dialog with Bernt for some years now and have made some changes on the boots that has worked out great in the past!
